Working with the Police Crime Commissioner to break the cycle of domestic violence

The Living Room is working in partnership with the Police and Crime Commissioner to help tackle domestic violence in Hertfordshire. The Commissioner’s Action Fund has enabled us to support victims of domestic violence with counselling treatment and raise awareness of the link between behavioural addiction and domestic abuse.

On 31st October, we took part in a feature on Three Counties Radio to explain how the project worked.  Follow this link and forward to 2 hours 23 minutes where you will hear Rochelle Craig, one of our counsellors, a representative from Herts Community Foundation, who administer our grant, and a Living Room client talk about how we’re working with the PCC to help break the cycle of domestic violence.
