Stevenage and St. Albans
People working on our reception are the face of The Living Room, they play an important role both with clients and with staff. We are looking for receptionists to work at our Stevenage and St. Albans centres to support our very busy receptions. Responsibilities include:
- To be first point of contact for telephone enquiries
- Greet clients and visitors
- Use IT in a variety of ways, including data input
- Undertake general admin duties including photocopying, filing and compiling packs
You will need to offer up to three mornings or afternoons a week on a regular basis. A professional and friendly phone manner is essential, as are good written and verbal communication skills. You will be trained on how to use our systems, so no previous experience is required, but a general knowledge of using word, outlook and excel would be an advantage.
You will be keen to make a positive difference to people struggling with addiction. As well as having a welcoming and friendly manner, you will have a good non-judgemental listening ear.
